On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, the online event “Biz/Zine Day 2023 Autumn: Ambidextrous Management through Data and Design” was held. Takehiro SUENARI, Director of FOURDIGIT, engaged in a dialogue with Ms. Kaori HIRATA from PT. AEON MALL INDONESIA and Mr. Kinya YAMAMOTO from PT. NTT DATA Indonesia.

Currently, the three companies are collaborating on three projects: defining AEON MALL’s business direction in Indonesia, acquiring customers in existing businesses, and launching new businesses. This session introduced FOURDIGIT’s design approach, NTT DATA’s processes, and case studies utilizing their data strengths.
