FOURDIGIT's Involvement

Since August 2022, FOURDIGIT has been extensively involved in service design, UI/UX design, front-end development, and building a continuous improvement framework.

For payment and coupon apps, We conducted user research with 1,300 participants to identify user pain points and potential needs in user experiences. To address information overload and complexity issues, they adopted a simple design philosophy that allows users to customize information and functions as needed. This app is personalized for each user, aiming to improve financial literacy through usage and offer a long-lasting, convenient experience.

In parallel with front-end development, We have established a continuous improvement system and continue enhancement efforts following the app’s release in September 2023.
